Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Shoppy5.com. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for products purchased through our personal shopping and assistance services.

 

1. No Refunds for Perishable Goods Once an order is finalised and payment is made, perishable goods (such as flowers, food items, etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances. We do not accept returns or refunds for perishable items once the order has been processed.

 

2. Non-Perishable Goods For non-perishable items, refunds may be considered only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described. This is applicable provided the seller is willing to refund or exchange. In these circumstances, they must send the product back to Chennai at their own expense. Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of receipt. To qualify, you must provide supporting photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. After verification, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

3. Shipping & Customs Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges. We are not responsible for delays, confiscation, or additional costs incurred during customs clearance. Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by courier services or customs.

 

4. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed after verification and will be credited via the original payment method or as agreed. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process after approval.

 

5. Cancellation & Order Finalisation Orders can only be cancelled before they are finalised and shipped. Once the order is shipped or finalised, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
