1. Service Overview
     Shoppy5.com offers personalised shopping assistance from India to customers worldwide. Our  service involves connecting with you via video calls to help select products such as outfits,  fashion jewellery, fresh flower garlands, and wedding accessories, which we then source and  ship to your specified address.
 
2. Engagement of Shopping Assistant & Advance Payment
  • To engage a shopping assistant, customers are required to pay an advance fee of Rs. 1000/- per day of assistance.
  • This daily advance will be deducted from the final invoice of your successful transaction.
  • The advance payment must be made before the shopping process begins each day.
 
3. Payment & Fees
  • Customers are responsible for paying the cost of the goods, transportation/shipping charges, and a service fee of 15% of the total order value (goods + transportation).
  • Payment for goods and transportation must be made before we process your order.
  • Our commission is calculated based on the total of goods and transportation charges.
 
4. Ordering Process
  • You will connect with our shopper via video call to select your desired products.
  • Once selections are finalized, payment for goods and transportation is required.
  • We will arrange for the purchase, processing, and shipment of your order.
 
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • We courier the products directly to your provided address.
  • Delivery times depend on product availability, shipping method, customs clearance, and courier services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or other third-party factors.
 
6. Customs & Import Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and any other charges applicable in their country.
  • We are not liable for delays, confiscations, or any additional charges related to customs.
 
7. Customer Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and complete address details.
  • Provide necessary documentation for customs clearance.
  • Pay any applicable customs duties or taxes.
 
8. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Payments for goods are non-refundable once the order is processed.
  • Cancellations are subject to vendor policies and shipping timelines.
  • Perishable goods (such as flowers, food items, etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
  • We act solely as an intermediary; we do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or compliance of the purchased products.
  • We are not liable for damages, losses, or delays caused by courier, customs, or other third-party issues.
 
10. Changes to Terms
  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
 
11. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law.
